During the ceremony, which will be attended by local representatives and those from Kosovo, tribute will be paid to Mr. Ibrahim Rugova.
He was the winner following the vote that took place for the first time on January 16, 2025, at the "Our Lady of Good Counsel" University and Hospital Campus, and at the "At Luigji Monti" Polyclinic on "Rruga e Kavajës" in Tirana.

March 17, 2025 - Proclamation of the Righteous 2025 - Garden of the Righteous
On March 17th, at 12:00 PM, the name of Mr. Ibrahim Rugova, the first President of Kosovo, will be engraved on one of the stones of the Garden of the Righteous at the campus of Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel," thus proclaiming the Righteous of the Year 2025.
