Within the framework of the Transnational Education project TNE DeSK (Developing Shared Knowledge), from 12 to 26 January 2026, Dr. Bianka Hoxha from the Department of Chemical-Pharmaceutical and Biomolecular Technologies carried out a research mobility period at the Department of Pharmacy – Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Bari Aldo Moro.
During the mobility period, she took part in the scientific activities of the research group led by Prof. Nunzio Denora, contributing to a joint project on the formulation of Hypericum extracts for dermatological use, while further developing her skills through access to advanced research infrastructures. In the same context, she also participated in the inaugural visit of a new regional research and production hub.
The activities were conducted under the coordination of Prof. Marcello Leopoldo, with fruitful academic exchanges with Prof. Antonio Lopalco, laying the groundwork for future academic collaborations.
This experience represented a significant opportunity for knowledge transfer and the strengthening of research capacities, to the benefit of the Catholic University “Our Lady of Good Counsel”, in partnership with the University of Bari Aldo Moro.
