The European Center for the Science of Peace, Integration and Cooperation (CESPIC) organized a conference entitled “INTERNATIONAL ORDER AND INSTABILITY. USA, EU, AND THE BALKANS" which took place on November 4th, 2019, at the Catholic University" Our Lady of Good Counsel" in Tirana. The purpose of the conference was to analyze the critical issues of the current international order and the consequences on security and stability.
