Summary:

Project’s main objective was the preservation and improvement of Albanian population health by increasing efficiency and maximizing productivity in service production and rationalizing the usage of sources within the public health services. In particular, the projects focused on these objectives:

1. Increase management capacity of health care services.

2. Improve financing scheme of health system, minimizing informal cash flows.

3. Improve governance and management of health system.
