Kristiana Rada graduated in 2018 in "Business Economics" Study Program at the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel".
After studying Bachelor, she chose to continue her master’s degree in "Economics and Management" at UKZKM.
In 2020 she began her professional experience at the American Investment Bank (ABI) as a Specialist in the Human Resources Department.
She currently holds the position of Hiring Partner at Cardo AI, a fintech scale-up based in Milan.
