Prof. Emiljan Karma is a Project Coordinator and Researcher at the Research Centre on Developing Economies, Catholic University Our Lady of Good Counsel in Tirana, Albania. He has over fifteen years of academic experience, having led degree programs in Management, Political Science, and International Relations. He has taught courses including EU Economic Policies, Global Markets, Marketing, and Financial Mathematics at the University "Our Lady of Good Counsel" and the University of Shkodra Luigj Gurakuqi.
He is currently a member of the Research Centre on the Economy of Transition Countries and is responsible for University Statistics. His expertise spans EU instruments supporting microcredit, project coordination, Higher Education quality evaluation, and the implementation of Erasmus+ and other institutional projects.
