At the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel" was held a workshop named "Corporate Culture, Between Management and Leadership".

Prof. Vittorio Teotonico, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Political and Social Sciences of the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel", gave the institutional greetings and opened the works thematically.

The report on the subject was held by Prof. Giuseppe Pio Macario, Lecturer of Business Economics and Organization at the same Faculty, who extensively studied the meaning of "enterprise culture" and the levers necessary to develop and consolidate it.

Among these, the two levers that can contribute, since the corporate big bang, to the success of the related business idea namely "management" and "leadership", which, while aiming for the same result, can influence it differently.

In this context, it was proposed that trait d'union should be represented by the value of man at the center of every business project, fueled by ethics and the circularity of being, in full compliance also with Catholic Church's Social Doctrine. 

Prof. Macario then introduced, also as moderator, the highly esteemed Testimonials, Dr. Alessandro D'Oria, CEO of Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, and Dr. Edlira Muka, CEO of Balfin Group, who presented their respective professional experiences, enriching wisely with their managerial considerations on the subject and in line with the value profiles highlighted.

Finally, they all agreed on the importance of developing a systemic corporate culture that allows for positive repercussions on a social and environmental level, in accordance with the ESG conceptual pillars.

A stimulating debate ensued in which several questions were asked to all the speakers, who answered satisfying the widespread desire of the public for further study, confirming the significant cultural and managerial relevance of the proposed topic.
