Within the framework of the activities of the project “Harmonization of the Albanian Pharmaceutical Legislation with the European Pharmaceutical Directive” (PHARM-EU), which is part of the Jean Monnet Module actions funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, on April 8, 2026, at 11:00, in Room B105 at the Catholic University “Our Lady of Good Counsel”, the conference entitled: “The current state of pharmacovigilance in Albania: challenges and perspectives” will be held.

The event aims to analyze the pharmacovigilance system in Albania, with particular attention to the current regulatory framework and its alignment with European legislation. Furthermore, the main recent developments and changes in the field of pharmacovigilance in the country will be presented, highlighting current challenges, opportunities for improvement, and the role of healthcare professionals in ensuring drug safety.
