Prof. Elona Mëhilli Kolaj, Lecturer of English Language and Culture, member of the Research Centre in Human Sciences, CRISU, Catholic University “Our Lady of Good Counsel”, participated in the NYS TESOL 52nd Annual Conference “Shifting Teaching Paradigms: Examining Inclusive and Dynamic Practices”, November 3-5, 2022 in New York, USA. This year's Annual Conference was an excellent setting for diverse, dynamic connections with experts committed to raising the voices of the students and sharing effective strategies for teaching a foreign language. The core of what it means to be a language educator is to foster connections, using language to tighten the bonds of participation both within and outside of the classrooms. This Conference was a good opportunity to share ideas among educators, academics, publishers, and educational consultants in the USA.
