Krakow University of Economics as part of the Erasmus+ program at Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel"

The final days of lectures at the Business Economics study program were enriched even more by the international experience of the Professors Adriana Paliwoda-Matiolaska and Malgorzata Miniakiewicz, on teaching mobility last week from the Krakow University of Economics as part of the Erasmus+ program.


The final days of lectures at the Business Economics study program were enriched even more by the international experience of the Professors Adriana Paliwoda-Matiolaska and Malgorzata Miniakiewicz, on teaching mobility last week from the Krakow University of Economics as part of the Erasmus+ program.

Prof. Miśniakiewicz lectured on New Product Development – from the concept to the marketplace. Design Thinking in the practice. The objective was to identify the most important constraints for an effective NPD using the Design Thinking method with the elements of teamwork, brainstorming and the ABCD method to develop and indicate the best solutions to the problem analyzed from the point of view of the students.

Prof. Paliwoda-Matiolańska lectured on Corporate Social Responsibility in International Business and the students were able to learn about the causal relationships between Corporate Social Responsibility and economic activity in a global perspective and in different cultural contexts. In addition, students critically analyzed economic activity and its impact on the social and natural environment, as well as being able to implement social and ecological goals partially or fully in enterprises.
