Project GRADUA is characterized by a “bottom-up” approach, starting from universities and graduates, so as to modernize and develop our educational system within society, by forging university interactions with the business world. The reason for solution includes: improve the quality of Higher Education Institutions and increase employment rates of graduates.

Summary:

Project GRADUA is characterized by a “bottom-up” approach, starting from universities and graduates, so as to modernize and develop our educational system within society, by forging university interactions with the business world. The reason for solution includes: improve the quality of Higher Education Institutions and increase employment rates of graduates.

The project will support Albanian Universities by establishing an integrated demand - supply matching model based on the graduates’ database through: collection of data on graduates performances; eligible and updated documentation to assess higher education system in the framework of ongoing reform, facilitation of the cooperation between HEIs and business (IT services in disposition of graduates, university staff and companies); facilitation of the placement of graduates in the labour market.
