International certificates of languages

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), estimates the candidates who study a european language, such as: English, Italian, French, German and Spanish.


The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), estimates the candidates who study a european language, such as: English, Italian, French, German and Spanish.

The six levels of competence (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) are used and serve to offer a reference model for the preparation of didactic materials as well as of the assessment of linguistic knowledge.

Levels are divided into three broad areas of competences:

 

A – Beginner level 

• A1 – Beginner

• A2 – Elementary  

B – Intermediate level

• B1 – Intermediate

• B2 – Upper intermediate

C – Advanced level 

• C1 – Advanced level or “full control” of the language

• C2 – Proficiency: able to perform complex tasks related to work and study.
