"The European Center of Peace Science Integration and Cooperation organized the roundtable “What we can learn by Measuring Peace? The Global Peace Index 2018” which was held on June 25th, 2018, at the Catholic University ‘Our Lady of Good Counsel’ in Tirana.
The roundtable intended to discuss social, political, and economic components of Peace.
Furthermore, it was the occasion for launching Global Peace Index 2018 produced by Institute of Economics and Peace. In fact, the Global Peace Index is becoming the leading measure of Peace and it is increasingly considered a reference point for policy-making.
Main speaker will be the founder of Institute of Economics and Peace, Steve Killelea who will present the Global Peace Index 2018. Confirmed honorable speakers are the President of Albania, H.E. Ilir Meta and Mr. Brian J. Williams UN Resident Coordinator. "
