The European Centre of Peace Science, Integration, and Cooperation (CESPIC) organized the conference entitled "Actuality of Pacem in Terris 60 years after its publication" on May 19, 2023 at the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel".
The challenges raised by Pope John XXIII's "Pacem in terris" were explored at the conference. These issues are more pressing than ever and require in-depth consideration to comprehend their significance in light of current affairs.
The meaning of "Pacem in Terris" was examined by the speakers, paying close attention to Albanian reality.
The meeting was opened by the welcome greetings of Prof. Leonardo Palombi, Rector of the Catholic University "Our Lady of Good Counsel," and His Excellency Monsignor Luigi Bonazzi, Apostolic Nuncio in Albania.
