Campus Life
Our Lady of Good Counsel University is a unique example in Albania and in the region, where Albanian and international students and professors interact for a qualitative education with specific, special and inimitable features.
We take care of our students and staff and do our best to provide them with the best environment to deliver the best in learning processes and to maximize their efforts in teaching, learning and research learning processes.
For the academic year of 2018-2019, 2274 students have been registered and the male/female ratio is38:62. About 26% of the total numbers of students are international students. Every year there are about 600 academics, researchers, technical and administrative staff present on campus.
CAMPUS SURFACE: 70,000 m² owned by Our Lady of Good Council Foundation is available for daily activities like: teaching, research, services, sports, parking etc. for staff, students and patients.
There are several buildings on the campus, including auditors equipped with systems and projectors, study halls (with capacity of 200 seats), libraries, offices and meeting rooms, laboratories among which:
- Chemistry Laboratory,
- Microscopic Anatomy and Histology Laboratory,
- Macroscopic Anatomy Laboratory,
- Bio-Chemistry and Clinical Laboratory,
- Computer and IT Laboratories,
Part of the campus structure of the Our Lady of Good Council Foundation are also the following:
- Dental clinic
- Center for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine
- Advanced Medical Simulation Center
- "At Luigi Monti" Polyclinic (Street of Kavaja)
are available in order to practically and professionally train the students of the Faculty of Medicine before and after graduation, and / or other practitioners in the field of medicine.
A Hospital is also in the construction phase.
