Today, on the international day of this war, an event reflecting on the numerous cases resulting in the loss of life, we joined in a special meeting. Through songs, readings and reflections, we tried to raise awareness among the younger generations about the need for dialogue, respect for others and the protection of women and girls. Many victims are painfully remembered by their relatives and friends, but they also become an echo that calls for solidarity to prevent any woman or girl from falling prey to violence or, even worse, losing their life because of it. Today, we were together as every day on our University Campus to applaud with love the courage of people who stop violence, who see respect for life as the only way to build a better world, where violence does not belong, but where diversity comes together to protect universal values.
