The main objective of the Educational and Research Projects Office is to promote and facilitate university participation in formative and research projects funded at national, regional, European and international level, in line with institutional strategies.
In general, the Office carries out the following activities:
- Study, update, identify the funding schemes for national, regional, European and international formative and research programs, as well as the related calls for projects and possible partnerships;
- Inform all the university structures, staff and students about the various programs and calls for research and training projects and the related methods of participation;
- Assist / direct / offer support during the preparation and presentation of project proposals;
- Assist / direct / offer support for the management, monitoring, implementation, reporting and events of winning projects in collaboration with other competent offices of the University;
- Communicate / transmit authorized data and any reports to the Rectorate, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and its agencies;
- Maintain relations and agreements with partner universities in the area of International Credit Mobility of the Erasmus Plus Program, and of the mobility in specific agreements with partner universities; prepare project proposals in collaboration with Erasmus representatives for each faculty / course of study; organize information sessions for students and staff; prepare outgoing calls; prepare the mobility regulations and the related forms; provide information, assistance and follow-up for students and staff entering and leaving before, during and after mobility.
