The human Resources department acts as a liaison between the staff and the management, ensuring the consistency of its operation with the strategic objectives of the institution.
The human Resources Office carries out the following activities:
• Coordinate all relative staffing processes: Planning and recruiting staff in collaboration with relevant offices (research, selection and insertion), personnel management and development (continuous training, assessment, career paths, remuneration policies, administrative aspects and communication with employees) up to the dismissal of personnel, operating in line with the strategic objectives of the Institution;
• Follow the legal procedure for the realization of specializations, qualifications, postgraduate studies of academic and scientific staff inside and abroad and keep the relevant documentation;
• Keep the whole and regulates documentation on biographical data, on-going staff qualifications of the personnel and based on these data carries out studies and makes proposals to ensure human resources in the Foundation;
• Prepare and manage all documentation related to employment (employment, transfer, termination, termination);
